Please read these Terms carefully before using KaishaBase. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
KaishaBase ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a B2B market intelligence platform operated by its registered Japanese operator.
The Platform provides access to company information, executive contact data, financial signals, and related business intelligence for companies operating in Japan. KaishaBase is intended exclusively for business use by professionals.
To use KaishaBase you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Each account is for one individual user — sharing login credentials is not permitted.
KaishaBase operates on a subscription model with a credit-based unlock system. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
Free Trial: All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, your selected subscription plan activates automatically if payment details have been provided.
Credits: Credits are used to unlock specific contact details and company information. Credits are allocated at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over except on the Growth plan.
Auto-renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before any annual renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard before the renewal date.
Prices: All prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are exclusive of consumption tax (消費税). 10% consumption tax is added at checkout in accordance with Japanese tax law.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions: A full refund is available within 14 days of the annual subscription start date, provided that no credits have been used during that period. After 14 days, or if credits have been used, no refund will be issued.
Credit top-ups: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once purchased.
Refund requests must be submitted to legal@kaishabase.com with your account email and reason for request.
You agree to use KaishaBase only for lawful business purposes. The following are prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
KaishaBase aggregates information from publicly available sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, currency, or accuracy of any information on the Platform.
Data is updated weekly. Information should be independently verified before being relied upon for critical business decisions.
KaishaBase is not affiliated with any Japanese government body, registry, or official authority.
All content, design, software, and databases on KaishaBase are the intellectual property of KaishaBase or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.
The KaishaBase name, logo, and brand are trademarks of KaishaBase.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Your account data will be retained for 1 year following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaishaBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

KaishaBaseをご利用になる前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。アカウントを作成またはプラットフォームを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
KaishaBase（「本プラットフォーム」「当社」）は、日本に登録された事業者が運営するB2Bマーケットインテリジェンスプラットフォームです。
本プラットフォームは、日本で事業を展開する企業の情報、経営幹部の連絡先データ、財務シグナル、およびその他のビジネスインテリジェンスへのアクセスを提供します。KaishaBaseはビジネスプロフェッショナルによる業務用途専用です。
KaishaBaseを利用するには、以下の条件を満たす必要があります：
アカウントの機密保持はお客様の責任となります。各アカウントは個人1名用です。ログイン情報の共有は禁止されています。
KaishaBaseはサブスクリプションモデルとクレジットベースのアンロックシステムで運営されています。サブスクリプションは月次または年次の請求サイクルで提供されます。
無料トライアル：新規アカウントはすべて7日間の無料トライアルを受けられます。トライアル開始にクレジットカードは不要です。
クレジット：クレジットは特定の連絡先詳細や企業情報のアンロックに使用されます。クレジットは各請求期間の開始時に付与されます。
自動更新：すべてのサブスクリプションは各請求期間終了時に自動的に更新されます。年次更新の7日前にリマインダーメールをお送りします。
価格：すべての価格は日本円（JPY）で表示され、消費税は含まれていません。日本の税法に従い、チェックアウト時に10%の消費税が加算されます。
月次サブスクリプション：返金不可。いつでもキャンセル可能で、現在の請求期間終了まで利用可能です。
年次サブスクリプション：年次サブスクリプション開始から14日以内、かつクレジットを使用していない場合に限り、全額返金いたします。14日経過後、またはクレジットを使用した場合は返金できません。
クレジットのチャージ：一度購入したクレジットの返金はできません。
返金のご要望は、アカウントのメールアドレスと理由を記載のうえ、legal@kaishabase.com までご連絡ください。
お客様は、KaishaBaseを合法的なビジネス目的のみに使用することに同意するものとします。以下の行為は禁止されています：
KaishaBaseは公開情報源から情報を集約しています。正確性の確保に努めていますが、プラットフォーム上のいかなる情報の完全性、最新性、正確性も保証しません。データは毎週更新されます。重要なビジネス判断に使用する前に、情報を独自に検証することをお勧めします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
